Vibrations Matter Ripples Ignite Love Endures – and Lights THE WAY to everything worth truly LIVING for!
It has never been more obvious how hard this version of the ‘world’ as it APPEARS today (through false and forced perceptions constantly and continuously thrust upon us) is striving to keep us all in fear – to keep us afraid of one thing after another. At our essence we are not afraid – WE ARE LOVE! Absolute and utter LOVE! The most powerful frequency in the Universe and Beyond!
Any time you see some form of broadcasting (spell making) of fear inducing (loosh making) news in your face, take a deep breath and feel into your heart space to live more deeply and with more truth. We are Love and WE CAN access it any moment we want to and as often as we can possibly choose it – which is any and All the ‘time’ – it is our truest home – that moment we shift and breathe and feel from the power of our Heart – a power like no other.
It’s excessive out there… the loosh making initiative is everywhere you look – if you’re looking at what is constantly screaming the loudest. Love looks the other way… we must look towards and with LOVE!
Just last weekend I picked a neighbor up from the airport and saw (for the first time) that the decision had been made to use the California freeway signs to report the traffic accident deaths from last year. So, there I am, driving along, with the intention to enjoy a nice drive with my sweet daughter to pick up a dear friend… the death rate is thrust in my face at regular intervals… I could feel the tension around those signs… those signs don’t help people drive safer… that is not how it works… they bring tension and icky (dangerous) vibrations to the road. I could feel it as I drove. I had to make an effort to remove it from my awareness. I used an alternative route home – and there it was – the same reporting – in my face. It takes a focused effort to raise your own vibration as you navigate through that. The round trip on a relatively short drive included more than 10 death reports on the road I was driving. What’s next? Shark bite signs at the beach and drowning signs at every pool?
That ride was such a reminder of what ‘living’ the way we are being asked to (some would say forced to… but ultimately and in our hearts we have a choice) now is like. It takes clear and intense intention and dedication to remain in the heart space that is our only place to thrive. We can do it! We will and we must! We can feel those around us that are intending in that similar vibration and it will expand and grow – as vibrations do – and the vibration of Love is like no other! It is such a beautiful thing!
I won’t even get into what is happening with our phones and those broadcasting (spell casting) boxes we allow in our homes… we KNOW how bad it is and how horrific the so called ‘news’ it is all pushing is. Some of us know it is reading and attempting to alter our consciousness in ways too terrible for most to even begin to imagine. If it isn’t the terrifying ‘news’ it is just distracting in a way that also lowers our vibration and creates a purposefully distorted reality. It’s too much and actually too disgusting to cover in depth here… we want to focus our awareness on Love – and WE WILL!
We ARE SO POWERFUL! We are more than we have been told! MUCH MORE! Our focus and attention on LOVE and as the LOVE that we truly are plants so much into the atmosphere in so many wonderous layers and ways that we cannot truly imagine but know to be true deep in our bones and when we live from and as our Souls. We remove our energy from the loosh that is being gathered and we replace it with something infinitely more powerful that will change our own reality instantly and the ‘world’ at large and beyond in exponential, quantum and yet to be imagined ways.
Do people even care about what feels natural anymore? Do people know how to feel natural / part of nature anymore?
We can – and it will fill us with Love and gratitude and allow a natural flow to Life that simply cannot be properly expressed in words… a way of Life we aren’t really expected to TRULY Live without… only to sort of / partially EXIST here instead. Without being in touch with our true nature, we may be alive, but, are we TRULY Living?
Long before I knew why, I knew that the real energies of the new year – the ones we can truly feel – don’t come at what has been labeled for us as January 1st and declared the ‘New Year’ that we should all be so ‘happy’ about. For a number of reasons, it has never, ever, felt natural to me.
I have always found the true New Year energy closer to the beginning of spring. I have always been in touch with that force that is working on nature – everything in it – including us (and for that, I am beyond grateful). We incorporate this force as it is natural for us and at our own perfect timing. There is no rush, there is no forcing it, there is only nature and nature will act as nature does when allowed – exquisitely. Nature shows us what the restfulness of winter does to/for it as it springs forth with astounding beauty and a variety of miraculous wonder that cannot be denied – by anyone.
At this time of year, I’ve ALWAYS started to feel more energetic, more ready, more excited about creating change in my life and evolving in one way or another. For many years now, as we create our own schedules at our house, it never fails that something takes hold and a new creative spark is lit, or a new feeling embraced, or an indescribable something begins to take shape, and then, just like that, our house is full of change that we were all so ready for – naturally. The force within us matches the force acting upon us and we rise to a new level of Being.
The force within us is designed to match the force acting upon us and we are meant to rise to a new level of Being. I Am ready. I Am. I Am energy is available for ALL who choose / feel it.
This beautiful equinox weekend, may we all do our best to experience the nature within so that we may experience the nature without – for All is One. May we step into the ‘elements’ (seen and unseen) this weekend to enjoy this ‘time’ (experience) and all it has to offer / return us to. May the earth’s touch on our toes and the Sun’s caress on our skin awaken something within and around us in new, remembered and profound ways.
I Am energy is available – and natural – for ALL! Let’s feel it! Let’s soak it ALL in in the coming days – naturally!!!!
For those TRULY giving their own authentic intention (rather than just paying attention), there are so many things to ‘take in’ as we continue to add to our ‘awareness’ here. So much becomes so blaringly obvious that we can’t help but see it! There is so much ‘at play’ here and so many layers to uncover as it reveals itself to us in ways we could never have expected or planned for (even though some part of us may have known – we may not have known that part).
As we continue to see it and real-eyes it, we don’t want to look away (and we won’t), but we MUST realize where our most focused attention/intention must go – and that is to the Divine Light. All of the other realizations can (and will) still be there, but they are not imbued with the Light. The miracles are in the Light. The more attention they get, the more easily explained they become. Miracles can (and are meant to) become a way of life – found only in the complete and utter absence of fear – a place filled with absolute and all-encompassing LOVE.
Whether you find your Light within first and then realize the darkness in this place…

Our highest excitement carries a vibration we are meant to discover… meant to remember… something we came here to do… a frequency that feels like home.
Years ago I realized that I had designed my life around many of the things I loved to do as a child… things I naturally gravitated towards or pretended to Be in my playtime… that “pretending” and delighting in certain things was a map… a way forward… a guidepost.
We are meant to follow that feeling towards the experience we’re so very worthy of having while we’re here.
So many things poking and prodding us these days will ask us to dim our Light, to settle for less, to acquiesce to the “rules”, to play someone’ s else’s game… we must follow our own path to our highest excitement to truly live from and as our Soul’s expression.
Wishing us all the joy, purpose and passion of living our highest excitement today and always… in one way or another – it can be done.
Imagine a world where Divine and Natural Law reigned supreme and omnipresent, where Love permeated the air, where Unity, as well as individual creativity, was nurtured, respected and celebrated for All… where from the very first moment we arrived in this place, these things would be taught to us, and brought forth from within us with Loving kindness and care – from every single being we encountered and everything igniting from within our own nurtured and treasured Being.
We’d know what it means to be a Sovereign Being. We’d know that every time we look into the eyes of another, we’re looking as a Sovereign Being and at a Sovereign Being. So much would be possible there.
We’d understand ‘miracles’ and be well aware of our part in creating, receiving and experiencing them. We’d understand how fear and limited thinking robs one of those experiences and we would know how to look at the world and co-create with the Universe in ways that make miracles happen – but never taken for granted. There would be honor in the ‘miracles’ that make them so worthwhile and real.
We’d know exactly how our thoughts create our reality. We’d know our gaze is full of projection and we’d bless the world with beautiful visions and vibrations of thoughts truly worth experiencing. We’d honor our part in writing reality and we’d work together to co-create in unity well.
We’d know what connection to Soul looks and feels like – we’d honor it wherever we met it. We’d seek it for ourselves. We’d celebrate it in others and do what it takes to nurture it within. We’d see Spirit thriving all around us as we All embrace what is meant and spirit driven in and for us All. There would be joy, meaning, passion and purpose all around us living in full expression.
We’d innerstand, feel and know our place in nature. We’d know the stones have memory, the rocks have consciousness, there is Life in all things and spirit to be felt wherever we lay our gaze. We’d feel our truest self in connection to All that is. We’d intuitively know what nature is saying, we’d be drawn to solutions and creations found there, we’d be guided from within to exactly what is naturally provided. We’d experience a oneness in everything we did… we’d live the miracles that are all around us.
We’d know true Love. We’d align with all things real and true. There are no words to properly describe what Love would be felt – only that vibration to resonate with as our rightful and Divine home we’d know how to dwell in. We’d truly LIVE in Love.
It takes our vision and willingness to hold it with steadfast clarity and conviction. Everything that IS was once a vision. And so it is.

PS – I taught my children many of these things from the time they can remember and even more of them over the years and now. However, in a world like ours, it takes them deciding when to embrace, innerstand and resonate with what is real, for they can still feel (at times) the lower vibrational stuff that tries so hard to pervade our world as it so convincingly PRETENDS TO BE now. Seeing them make that decision is a beautiful thing indeed. The future is so bright if you know how and where to look!
May our open minds guide us on the open road of choices! With each choice we make, we’re stepping closer… we’re aligning… we’re choosing our path – and it leads to somewhere, somewhen, some ‘place’, some – ‘time’ …
Belief structures become our reality. Any set of beliefs/labels/expectations we embrace will most certainly become our reality. We must choose wisely and remain settled in an open state of mind.
It’s All in our choices! The choices are being made by All! We are All facing uncertainty. Uncertainty – with utter peace – is the way. It is the Divine adventure we came here for.
We are All choosing so much more than we may yet realize. You CAN feel it all around you… you Know we’re at this point in ‘time’… we Rise or we follow. We are continuously choosing. It is rather exciting actually! Very exciting – if you Know how to connect – and we All do – if we so choose and then align with that choice… again and again.
Authenticity became my most trusted companion years ago… I developed a certain allergy to anything that gave off even a whiff of dishonesty – valuing honesty as much as I do. I would just sort of clamp up/shudder/shut down (a vibration felt within my body and beyond) in the face of anything untrue/fake/dishonest/lacking authenticity.
Upon waking up to realize so much of this ‘world’ that is projected onto us (rather incessantly if we allow it) is full of more untruths than one can easily fathom without having laid the foundation to take it in, I became so very grateful I laid that foundation over the years that prepared me for the realization of what I may not have been prepared to absorb before. Once we’re ready, we can see and it doesn’t have to be scary. It can be quite liberating in fact… you can see clearly that so much is not as ‘they’ would have it seem and you begin to see a way forward that is MUCH BETTER than anything that has ever been projected/broadCASTed on us before. What is left after breaking free from the illusions? Love!
There is a way forward… and we are creating it with our choices – with each and every choice we make. We’re constructing the timeline that will play out before us. Love is the way. SOURCE energy is the way. Nature will guide us there. Creation is there to embrace and embody. By remaining in Love (the realm of All possibility) we destroy the lower timelines (by aligning with higher ones) and create in a limitless way – as we were always meant to. What a joyful endeavor!
They’ve shown us every kind of dystopian scenario in their pictures and stories as they continuously strive to plant the seeds of doom in our imaginations (using fear to manipulate us to create it for them)… but, some of us WILL choose – from our hearts – a much different scenario. We have yet to show this “world” what we can do when our HEARTS come together and imagine more. Our hearts will put their lack of worthwhile imagination to shame. We align with so much more than our programmed for less minds ever thought possible… we’re here to do that now. The programming is a choice now… one we can choose to release with Love.
Division is an illusion – Love is the only real thing. As the split in timelines becomes more and more obvious over the next bit of ‘time’, we can Love All that we see and trust that there is no right or wrong – only consciousness at varying degrees experiencing itself.
There is no real Division – but there is Choice! Service to others! Connection to our God Spark! Source Energy! Peace through our faith that we are creating more – one choice at a time!

PS – with so many choices to make AND so much importance around each of them at this CHOICE POINT, it is imperative to ensure that we’re “tuning in” to ONLY that which aligns with our choice. Embrace the frequencies that Align with where you’d like to go… frequency is everything! May our choices bless us All!!!!
This world is strange. And it is a stage. When you decide (follow the unfolding), and then arrange your life, to live from/as your Soul with complete and utter authenticity – you enter some in between land. It appears at first that you ‘lose’ much, and many; however, you gain that which cannot be explained – only felt. Whatever you ‘lose’ was never real anyway – only part of the show.
As you depart one world of labels and expectations – you decide if you enter another such world or if you will dwell somewhere in between. There are many philosophies constantly vying for your attention and agreement. You have somewhere more important to Be… between worlds… a world of your own – but, connected to All.
Will you be manipulated into another box/timeline/way of thinking or will you learn to reach for something more comfortable? Can you reach high enough for everlasting comfort and leave behind the kind of ‘comfort’ that comes and goes? With Divine Comfort within your grasp… could you truly be comfortable anywhere else?
As we expand, new rules try to lay roots in our lives. We decide what our foundation is made of, and with that foundation, we pave our own road towards Sovereignty. As we embody Sovereignty, we develop allergies to “worldly” things, such as, sameness, soullessness, following, being right, and much more. We leave behind artificial things that no longer fit with our ‘otherness’ that connects us to All. In the feeling ‘different’, we merge with the exquisite Oneness… as we remain authentic, we continue to expand and explore all that IS. It is so beautiful – beyond words really.
The road between worlds is the expansion, it is the Joy, it is the Life, it is the Way – our own way. The beautiful paradox of the road in between worlds leading to All that truly IS!!!
