We Rise or We Follow

May our open minds guide us on the open road of choices! With each choice we make, we’re stepping closer… we’re aligning… we’re choosing our path – and it leads to somewhere, somewhen, some ‘place’, some – ‘time’ …

Belief structures become our reality. Any set of beliefs/labels/expectations we embrace will most certainly become our reality. We must choose wisely and remain settled in an open state of mind.

It’s All in our choices! The choices are being made by All! We are All facing uncertainty. Uncertainty – with utter peace – is the way. It is the Divine adventure we came here for.

We are All choosing so much more than we may yet realize. You CAN feel it all around you… you Know we’re at this point in ‘time’… we Rise or we follow. We are continuously choosing. It is rather exciting actually! Very exciting – if you Know how to connect – and we All do – if we so choose and then align with that choice… again and again.

Authenticity became my most trusted companion years ago… I developed a certain allergy to anything that gave off even a whiff of dishonesty – valuing honesty as much as I do. I would just sort of clamp up/shudder/shut down (a vibration felt within my body and beyond) in the face of anything untrue/fake/dishonest/lacking authenticity.

Upon waking up to realize so much of this ‘world’ that is projected onto us (rather incessantly if we allow it) is full of more untruths than one can easily fathom without having laid the foundation to take it in, I became so very grateful I laid that foundation over the years that prepared me for the realization of what I may not have been prepared to absorb before. Once we’re ready, we can see and it doesn’t have to be scary. It can be quite liberating in fact… you can see clearly that so much is not as ‘they’ would have it seem and you begin to see a way forward that is MUCH BETTER than anything that has ever been projected/broadCASTed on us before. What is left after breaking free from the illusions? Love!

There is a way forward… and we are creating it with our choices – with each and every choice we make. We’re constructing the timeline that will play out before us. Love is the way. SOURCE energy is the way. Nature will guide us there. Creation is there to embrace and embody. By remaining in Love (the realm of All possibility) we destroy the lower timelines (by aligning with higher ones) and create in a limitless way – as we were always meant to. What a joyful endeavor!

They’ve shown us every kind of dystopian scenario in their pictures and stories as they continuously strive to plant the seeds of doom in our imaginations (using fear to manipulate us to create it for them)… but, some of us WILL choose – from our hearts – a much different scenario. We have yet to show this “world” what we can do when our HEARTS come together and imagine more. Our hearts will put their lack of worthwhile imagination to shame. We align with so much more than our programmed for less minds ever thought possible… we’re here to do that now. The programming is a choice now… one we can choose to release with Love.

Division is an illusion – Love is the only real thing. As the split in timelines becomes more and more obvious over the next bit of ‘time’, we can Love All that we see and trust that there is no right or wrong – only consciousness at varying degrees experiencing itself.

There is no real Division – but there is Choice! Service to others! Connection to our God Spark! Source Energy! Peace through our faith that we are creating more – one choice at a time!

PS – with so many choices to make AND so much importance around each of them at this CHOICE POINT, it is imperative to ensure that we’re “tuning in” to ONLY that which aligns with our choice. Embrace the frequencies that Align with where you’d like to go… frequency is everything! May our choices bless us All!!!!

Where Love Resides

This world is strange. And it is a stage. When you decide (follow the unfolding), and then arrange your life, to live from/as your Soul with complete and utter authenticity – you enter some in between land. It appears at first that you ‘lose’ much, and many; however, you gain that which cannot be explained – only felt. Whatever you ‘lose’ was never real anyway – only part of the show.

As you depart one world of labels and expectations – you decide if you enter another such world or if you will dwell somewhere in between. There are many philosophies constantly vying for your attention and agreement. You have somewhere more important to Be… between worlds… a world of your own – but, connected to All.

Will you be manipulated into another box/timeline/way of thinking or will you learn to reach for something more comfortable? Can you reach high enough for everlasting comfort and leave behind the kind of ‘comfort’ that comes and goes? With Divine Comfort within your grasp… could you truly be comfortable anywhere else?

As we expand, new rules try to lay roots in our lives. We decide what our foundation is made of, and with that foundation, we pave our own road towards Sovereignty. As we embody Sovereignty, we develop allergies to “worldly” things, such as, sameness, soullessness, following, being right, and much more. We leave behind artificial things that no longer fit with our ‘otherness’ that connects us to All. In the feeling ‘different’, we merge with the exquisite Oneness… as we remain authentic, we continue to expand and explore all that IS. It is so beautiful – beyond words really.

The road between worlds is the expansion, it is the Joy, it is the Life, it is the Way – our own way. The beautiful paradox of the road in between worlds leading to All that truly IS!!!

Awake

Though they continuously broadcast
Illusions of division (one after another)
There is so much more for us to see
And with our chosen focus – eternally Be

There is beauty to behold
There is Unity to foresee
There is Love shining brightly
Through you and through me

Love shines so powerfully through
The hearts of awake, aware and
Unsusceptible You and Me
The Truth shall indeed set us Free

Human Beings are so magnificently resilient! There is so much being thrown at us… so much confusion and orchestrated ‘mystery’. Wherever you are on your path, however you’re feeling… you are powerful, you are resilient, you are Love. Only fears and false beLIEfs can keep the veil up/curtain standing/stage set/show going on, etc.

The Lights are on. We are ready for more than this version of ‘reality’. We come together in Love. We Rise in Love. We have hearts full of Love to help us see and with our focused intention New Earth shall Be.

Adventure Within!

Adventure Within!! You don’t need anyone’s permission (except your own) to go there! A fun little ‘Being in Your Body’ Exercise…

I tried to summarize it on the picture, but couldn’t quite fit it all in. Although it’s still wordy there, I wanted to explain even more in case in can be helpful to anyone today and every day. I will elaborate a bit more here so that a quick read through may help if you’re interested in the internal adventure I feel called to share:

Sound – 2020 showed me how much sound changes everything much faster for me. It’s like an accelerated route to a much higher frequency (or lower, depending on what you’re listening to). I use my sound bowls (that align with the chakras) for a few minutes (or longer if time permits) to experience this healing music. You can simply search ‘healing music’ on YouTube and use anything that calls to you. Spend a few minutes really feeling the healing frequencies, riding the sound waves, and you will be prepared to have a wonderful ‘in your body’ experience.

Chakras one by one. You may use the seven in the body or expand out from there, depending on what you’re comfortable with. I use fifteen if I have time, but, the seven in the body is plenty for the experience. I start with the root and really feel all of my energy there and go from there, next sacral feeling all of my energy there and using the mantra “I create”, then solar plexus using “I feel”, heart using “I Love” and so on… focusing your energy completely and feeling yourself in and as each one. Be the chakra!

Running your energy up and down the chakras after you have spent some time in and as each feels so good and activates/awakens so many feelings that make Being Alive so amazing. Quiet mind. Activated body.

Third Eye resting. After running your energy, return your energy to your third eye and feel/vision yourself as an infinity symbol. This one gets more and more intense the more you do it. Very strong feelings/tingles/vibrations here – a beautiful thing indeed! NOTE – it is at this point that you can jump into a regular meditation and leave the energy running… depending on what feels best to you at the time, how much time you have, etc.

Adventure to various places in your body. You can just practice running all of your focus/energy down your arms, into your hands, down your legs, to your toes, etc. You may have to go very slowly at first to feel all of your energy in the extremities, etc. You can go to any place with pain or where you’re feeling drawn to, etc. You can do whatever you believe possible here with regards to healing yourself… you know naturally how to do this and what you believe possible for yourself. You are powerful and capable of amazing things here… whatever you believe possible – IS.

Always good to return to your third eye or your heart in between. Sometimes you can just enjoy running your energy from your heart chakra to any other chakra and feeling various ones work together, etc.

Be your entire body. After running your energy in this way between small areas and back to larger areas, etc., it is fun to feel yourself in your entire body and then return to a small focused area once again. It is fun (well, more than that, but let’s go with that for now because fun is awesome and we could all use some right now) to feel yourself exploring within and experiencing your energy in various ways. You may want to feel your aura from this point rather than a small area to beyond the body… it’s fun to play with what works for you and what you are able to feel and to increase the intensity and the ease in various ways.

Always return to the third eye or heart in between and continue having fun exploring and adventuring to various parts of your body.

You can do Merkaba work here as well if you’re comfortable with and ready for that… you know best.

Before opening your eyes. In your mind, or out loud, depending on how you feel, greet your Higher Self. You will have full access to plenty of gratitude for how great it “feels” to be Alive in your Body. Express your gratitude. Smile. Enjoy feeling close to your Higher Self. Set and state your intentions. I like to mention that I am available only for my highest good and express my gratitude and sometimes I just naturally express other things, like being ready for more information, memories, desire to be of service to others when possible, etc. or whatever comes to mind – even questions or whatever comes up…just a nice little check in while so grounded in the body and in this state.

That’s my share for today; I felt called to share this hoping it may be of use or comfort to someone. I’ve been comforted so many times by this little routine throughout 2020 and now into 2021 … energies are so strange all around us… people are experiencing all we’re going through in so many different ways… it’s lovely to ground ourselves in various ways so we can make the most of our experience here and feel our energy in a multitude of ways. It’s ironic that a little ‘in your body’ experience like this can help us feel so clearly how we’re so much more than our bodies. Pace Your Self – With Nature – Your Nature!!! You ARE Nature! There is a Calendar Within!

The idea that ‘Every Day is a New Day’ and the intention to ‘Make Each Day Your Masterpiece’ are frequencies I can easily embrace and embody with my full attention, enthusiasm and energy. I love new beginnings and living in alignment with energies that allow me to take responsibility for the way I’m creating the world around me through my thoughts, emotions, perceptions, words and actions…

…however, declaring January 1st a New Year, in any way that resonates with “new” energy, has never really aligned with my intuition or frequency. Since I was a child, it seemed rather forced/orchestrated or worse. I’ve always felt it was in the middle of other important energies one would do well to focus on. It falls a few weeks into winter (at least in the hemisphere where I ‘live’) and many weeks away from spring. It comes rather abruptly after a bunch of societally structured events clamor for our attention one after the other for the previous three months (if we choose to participate). Just when it feels one would do well to go within and process and experience the feelings and energies that come with endings – the world starts shouting for new beginnings – but nature waits!

On January 1st (again, in this hemisphere), nature is doing something entirely different than shouting that a new day has come; nature is in preparing mode. It is letting go at its pace, making room for new and preparing in various ways, to spring forward. Nature is doing unseen things that are quite miraculous really. It has its own majesty happening that it need not announce to the world; it is there to see, or more easily feel, if one looks and feels closely and deeply enough. Once the time comes for it to bloom – nothing ‘natural’ can stop it. What miracles abound when the time is right! 

There are external markers shouting “New Year” right now – and if that feels good to you – then go with it and make the most of it for sure. But, there are also internal signs of a different ‘calendar’ or cycle within that may be speaking to you more lovingly about a time to nurture the nature within. Only you know what is best for you. Sometimes it’s fine to kickstart yourself with orchestrated energy – you decide what to do with it. But, there is never a good time to make oneself feel less-than or bad for not feeling that energy yet. It isn’t as natural as some would have it seem. The best things cannot be forced and also cannot be contained… it’s a beautiful dance, isn’t it! There is a calendar within!

We are in a New Age. The song, Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In, is running through my head right now. We have a lot to look forward to. But, we must pace ourselves with nature to let it do what it exists to do within and around us. We ARE nature. We’re meant to Be at one with it. We are the miracle. We are the flow. May we all find peace in it today and every day! Whether you choose to hibernate and prepare through winter, start shining bright and early or do a combination of both, I am cheering you on – at YOUR pace! Sending you Love!
