Adventure Within!! You don’t need anyone’s permission (except your own) to go there! A fun little ‘Being in Your Body’ Exercise…

I tried to summarize it on the picture, but couldn’t quite fit it all in. Although it’s still wordy there, I wanted to explain even more in case in can be helpful to anyone today and every day. I will elaborate a bit more here so that a quick read through may help if you’re interested in the internal adventure I feel called to share:

Sound – 2020 showed me how much sound changes everything much faster for me. It’s like an accelerated route to a much higher frequency (or lower, depending on what you’re listening to). I use my sound bowls (that align with the chakras) for a few minutes (or longer if time permits) to experience this healing music. You can simply search ‘healing music’ on YouTube and use anything that calls to you. Spend a few minutes really feeling the healing frequencies, riding the sound waves, and you will be prepared to have a wonderful ‘in your body’ experience.

Chakras one by one. You may use the seven in the body or expand out from there, depending on what you’re comfortable with. I use fifteen if I have time, but, the seven in the body is plenty for the experience. I start with the root and really feel all of my energy there and go from there, next sacral feeling all of my energy there and using the mantra “I create”, then solar plexus using “I feel”, heart using “I Love” and so on… focusing your energy completely and feeling yourself in and as each one. Be the chakra!

Running your energy up and down the chakras after you have spent some time in and as each feels so good and activates/awakens so many feelings that make Being Alive so amazing. Quiet mind. Activated body.

Third Eye resting. After running your energy, return your energy to your third eye and feel/vision yourself as an infinity symbol. This one gets more and more intense the more you do it. Very strong feelings/tingles/vibrations here – a beautiful thing indeed! NOTE – it is at this point that you can jump into a regular meditation and leave the energy running… depending on what feels best to you at the time, how much time you have, etc.

Adventure to various places in your body. You can just practice running all of your focus/energy down your arms, into your hands, down your legs, to your toes, etc. You may have to go very slowly at first to feel all of your energy in the extremities, etc. You can go to any place with pain or where you’re feeling drawn to, etc. You can do whatever you believe possible here with regards to healing yourself… you know naturally how to do this and what you believe possible for yourself. You are powerful and capable of amazing things here… whatever you believe possible – IS.

Always good to return to your third eye or your heart in between. Sometimes you can just enjoy running your energy from your heart chakra to any other chakra and feeling various ones work together, etc.

Be your entire body. After running your energy in this way between small areas and back to larger areas, etc., it is fun to feel yourself in your entire body and then return to a small focused area once again. It is fun (well, more than that, but let’s go with that for now because fun is awesome and we could all use some right now) to feel yourself exploring within and experiencing your energy in various ways. You may want to feel your aura from this point rather than a small area to beyond the body… it’s fun to play with what works for you and what you are able to feel and to increase the intensity and the ease in various ways.

Always return to the third eye or heart in between and continue having fun exploring and adventuring to various parts of your body.

You can do Merkaba work here as well if you’re comfortable with and ready for that… you know best.

Before opening your eyes. In your mind, or out loud, depending on how you feel, greet your Higher Self. You will have full access to plenty of gratitude for how great it “feels” to be Alive in your Body. Express your gratitude. Smile. Enjoy feeling close to your Higher Self. Set and state your intentions. I like to mention that I am available only for my highest good and express my gratitude and sometimes I just naturally express other things, like being ready for more information, memories, desire to be of service to others when possible, etc. or whatever comes to mind – even questions or whatever comes up…just a nice little check in while so grounded in the body and in this state.

That’s my share for today; I felt called to share this hoping it may be of use or comfort to someone. I’ve been comforted so many times by this little routine throughout 2020 and now into 2021 … energies are so strange all around us… people are experiencing all we’re going through in so many different ways… it’s lovely to ground ourselves in various ways so we can make the most of our experience here and feel our energy in a multitude of ways. It’s ironic that a little ‘in your body’ experience like this can help us feel so clearly how we’re so much more than our bodies. What a beautiful paradox – going all the way ‘in’ the body to understand how much more than our body we truly are. Sending you blessings and love – to your Body and to your Spirit – today and always!
